The 27th Annual Small Farm Conference will be held November 18–20, 2025, at Âé¶¹¶ÌÊÓÆµ´«Ã½â€™s Harold R. Benson Research and Demonstration Farm in Frankfort, Kentucky.
This long-standing event provides a vital platform for small farmers to gather, learn, and collaborate, advancing sustainable practices and community development across the region.
The 2025 theme, “Strengthening Local Food Systems for Small Farmers,†highlights the essential role small producers play in building resilient, community-based food networks.
The conference is sponsored by the Âé¶¹¶ÌÊÓÆµ´«Ã½ Land Grant Program, in partnership with the University of Kentucky, Alcorn State University Policy Research Center, Southern Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SARE), and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

Day 1 & Day 3: Please drive directly to the Harold R. Benson Research and Demonstration Farm at 1525 Mills Lane, Frankfort, KY 40601.

Day 2: For those staying at the hotel, a shuttle bus will provide round-trip transportation between the Capital Plaza Hotel (405 Wilkinson Blvd., Frankfort, KY 40601) and the conference venue.
